As Design Director, I led the full redesign of Sportaza Casino & Sportsbook, transforming it into a next-generation platform that connects the intensity of live sports with the thrill of casino play. Working closely with cross-functional and creative teams, I directed the overall design strategy, ensuring seamless alignment between product vision, usability, and brand identity.
I oversaw every stage — from UX optimization and wireframing to the establishment of a modular design system that supports scalability across multiple product lines. Collaborating with Art and Motion divisions, we elevated Sportaza’s visual and interactive quality to achieve the expected engagement.
The result is a fast, intuitive, and visually consistent iGaming environment — engineered to perform at scale while delivering a unified experience that speaks to both casino and sportsbook audiences.
